actions Β· / peopleDesk and field work are measured differently and scaled separately β a cashier's entry count and a driver's job count are not the same unit, so the two groups are never plotted on one axis.

withheld for entry errors this period.
An error is a record someone entered and later deleted, counted against whoever created it β not whoever cleaned it up. Only entries still wrong the next day count: spotting your own slip and fixing it the same day costs nothing. Of those, the first 3 each period are free; after that each one costs 5% of that person’s bonus, up to half. The sales team is exempt β their count is shown to watch, not to charge. Amounts are rounded to the nearest 100 so they can be paid in cash.
When work happens
Recorded actions by local hour (Myanmar time). A dark patch late at night usually means someone wrote up the day from memory.
